SUMMARY:2026 Healthy Kids Day®
DESCRIPTION:Free and open to the public\, this annual event features a day of fun-filled activities to celebrate kids being kids! Sponsored nationally by Peanuts and Gatorade\, Healthy Kids Day’s mission is to prepare Avery County families for a safe\, healthy and fun summer. This event will be hosted at the Blackburn Athletic Facility. Some featured activities include Block Fest\, a magician\, inflatables\, food trucks\, and various community resource vendors. Additionally\, we will be hosting an Open House of our main facility during normal business hours (8:00 AM-4:00 PM). \nActivities at Healthy Kids Day:\nCommunity Resource Vendors\nBlock Fest\nTie-Dye\nFace Painting\nBounce Houses\nMagician\nFood Trucks\nThank You to Our Sponsors:
