HIIT Training

HIIT is a 45 min total body workout, combining high intensity cardio intervals with strength training. HIIT training improves overall health, builds strength, and reduces body fat. HIIT intervals benefit heart and cardiovascular health and the strength training will increase muscle mass, decrease muscle loss, and reduce injuries. The instructor will demonstrate modification of high intensity intervals for your fitness level.
