A new beginners self-defense class will be starting in April. If you have ever wanted to learn the basics of how defend yourself from an attack this is the place to be! Instructor Carl Frost has over 35 years of experience teaching and training in Martial Arts. These classes will meet once a week for three week, with a maximum of 12 participants in each class.
