Personal Training
Anyone can benefit from hiring a personal trainer regardless of their fitness level or age. At the YMCA, our certified personal trainers come from as many different backgrounds and walks of life as our members do, and we take great care in matching members with the right personal trainer to create a unique fitness regime tailored to them. Personal training will be offered with additional social distancing protocols throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic.
What working with a Personal Trainer can do for you:
- Show you where and how to start,
- Provide training specific to your goals,
- Help you lose weight, recover from an injury, or train for an upcoming event,
- And much more!
