Wellness Programs

Wellness Coaching

You’re a member, now what? How about some guidance in the Wellness Center? Take advantage of your new membership’s orientation and free wellness coaching sessions. Each YMCA membership includes 4, 60 minute one-on-one wellness coaching sessions designed to help get you settled into your fitness journey. In this program, a YMCA wellness coach will help you establish goal specific workout plans tailored to you as well as guide you through an introduction of safe equipment use and understanding proper gym etiquette. Wellness Coaches are also able to perform any of the following health tests such as blood pressure, body fat, BMI and circumference measurements to help you identify your baseline numbers.
