A few things to know:
- Please consider bringing your own mat or towel for all classes.
- For some of the classes please bring the following if you have them. Options will be provided for those that do not have the items: Stretch Tone and Balance – bring light hand weights and a chair. Group Active, Yoga Sculpt and Spin Fusion – bring hand weights
