This 90 minute Yoga class is a gentle way to improve your posture, balance, and coordination. Yoga is a systematic practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, and positive thinking and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the body, mind, and environment.


BODYPUMP is a fast-paced, barbell-based workout that’s specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. It uses a combination of motivating music, fantastic instructors and scientifically proven moves to help you achieve these targets more quickly than you would working out on your own.

BodyAttack Express

BODYATTACK ™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.  Express class is a 30 minute version of the full class.


Get cardio, strength, balance and flexibility all in a fun 55 minute class.  Easily modifiable, this class is for every fitness level.

Stretch, Tone and Balance

Each class consists of various toning, balance and stretching exercises suitable for all fitness levels to increase strength and flexibility.

Boot Camp

Come down to O’Connell Fieldhouse for group interval training with tire flips, battle ropes, running/walking, weights and more!

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a great fit for all levels and backgrounds. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes stretching the connective tissue, fascia tissue, that surrounds every joint, muscle, ligament and organ in the body. Strengthening & lengthening.

Gentle Flow Yoga

Gentle Flow Yoga is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.  No experience or flexibility required.
