Drop-in Child Care in Avery and Mitchell County
Our child development centers are designed to provide an interactive learning environment for your young ones, ages 6 weeks to 12 years, while you are using the YMCA facility. Our environment is safe, developmentally rich, and fun, and allows your children to develop socialization skills, self-confidence, and make choices through creative play.
We are proud to offer this service at no charge for children on their family’s active household membership. Non-members pay only a $5 guest fee per child to utilize the facility.
There is a 2-hour limit for drop-in childcare.
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm & 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
