Our Facility
The Hugh Chapman Early Learning Center serves up to 45 children ages 2 years-5 years of age in a full day program. We operate Monday-Friday from 7:00am-5:30pm.
At this time, our facility does not serve meals or snacks. Parents are required to pack two snacks and one lunch each day the child attends.

HOW TO ENROLL
Before submitting an enrollment application, families can set up a time to meet with the Director and tour the facility. We want to make sure that we can meet the needs of your child and that our facility is the right fit for your family. After your tour, and taking time to speak with the Director, you can fill out the enrollment forms at the Hugh Chapman Ealy Learning Center
Completing the enrollment form does not guarantee your child a spot in the facility. The Director will contact the family if a spot is open and will invite them to come in to complete the remaining necessary paperwork before the first day.

TUITION RATES
We are proud to offer some of the best care in the area. In order to maintain quality staff and access to quality resources, our tuition rates are as follows:
Toddlers (2 years old)
YMCA members: $195/week
YMCA Non-Members: $225/week
Preschool (3-5 years old)
YMCA members: $180/week
YMCA Non-Members: $210/week
All tuition rates are in addition to a $65 registration fee and a tuition deposit. If you need financial assistance you can contact Avery County DSS at 828-733-8230 to determine your eligibility for child care subsidy/voucher.
